Holiday extended returns until January 15!

Not satisfied with your purchase? You have a 14-day withdrawal period to return your jewelry in its original condition. Below is the address to use for your return — we recommend using a tracked letter for shipment.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund

Once we receive your return (as confirmed by postal tracking), the refund will be directly issued to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 days. Please note that no purchases made on our e-shop can be refunded at the Nilaï Store boutique.
